⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ My room was clean, the staff were really helpful and friendly. Breakfast was really nice everyday. Will definitely Be going back! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights 23rd-25th of may 2026 the reception staff are lovely. An issue with one of the nighttime staff but the daytime staff were straight on it and are working to get it solved but the hotel I can’t fault at all got everything we needed. Breakfast every morning and barebones it was for £2 for both nights so at £1 for breakfast I think is a massive bargain. Lorraine, Nathan, Louise are absolutely lovely staff. Very friendly and very helpful. The location is spot on close to everything. We will be returning at some point hopefully again this year. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Room very small, however it was clean and the bed was comfortable. Staff friendly and helpful. Excellent location for attending a show at the Opera House. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Janette is lovely and will do anything to improve your stay. The breakfast is like a family meal with most guests being regulars.
